Marketing for Education offers a full agency service including creative branding for on-line and off-line media, a full range of marketing services, web development and SEO, video production and a number of specialist services such as social marketing through our working partnerships.
The Company is based in Nelson, Lancashire, with a satellite sales office in London, (part of the Graphic Arts Group of companies). The role is based at the head office with possible visits to the London office as required.
We are looking for someone that is passionate about design, technology and pushing creative boundaries within the web environment, developing cutting edge on-line solutions within the niche markets the company operates in.
The position’s key responsibilities:
- Implementing designs and specifications into fully functioning web applications
- Tutoring/mentoring junior team members
- Producing reports from web statistics
- Investigating and innovating technologies helpful to the role, company goals and client needs
The individual will work closely with the Account Management teams to manage client expectations, so customer facing presentation and relationship skills are also essential. The right candidate will also be able to quickly pick up new technologies and be able to demonstrate initiative and flexibility. Front end experience in Flash, PHP, HTML and Javascript are required plus experience of CMS and SEO driven website construction.
